The Council of the Regional County Municipality of Haut-Richelieu is a statutory once a month, the second Wednesday of the month at 19:30.

A statutory, the Administrative Committee of the Haut-Richelieu, composed of 5 members including the warden and deputy warden, headquarters on Tuesday before the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 am, chaired by the prefect elected.
